Always great food at reasonable prices. My wife loves the Cali salad and I love everything Mexican. Make sure to get a goblerito before its gone.

Food was great; Gobblerito always is. Boneless wings were good too but I feel they're a bit expensive for how little you get. Waitress was absolutely horrible though. Slow, inattentive, completely forgot the food I had ordered to go. She didn't do anything but bring me my first Diet Coke, the runners and hostess took care of me. Still like the place though, service was just bad tonight.

I love the Big group, and usually their restaurants are on point. But this Mad Mex location is incapable of getting a take out order correct. Sometimes it's missing items, sometimes its incorrect extras or substitutions they say are okay but completely ignore. The manager is always good about refunding items, but I am quarantining hard and I don't have.a ton of money to go out a lot so when I do order I really just want it to be right and I don't want to have to call every. single. time. to complain. I just want my order as i ordered it. This time was the last straw, I'm never going here again.

I love Mad Mex, it's a local PA chain that has home quality food that is super delicious. The service at this location is amazing, they offer great suggestions, fast and clean table service, and it just overall a great vibe. You will never do wrong choosing Mad Mex when you're craving a Mexican lunch or dinner! This location specifically is very clean and organized, and they have indoor/outdoor seating. 5/5!

Just loved this place. There is something for everyone on the menu . The ambience is great for either a nice quiet dinner or a party with the friends.The waitresses are great and patiently given you all the details and help you need to decide.

I've been to Texas and I've had authentic Tex-Mex food.. This is the closest I've come to authentic food in Pennsylvania.. the waitress named Miranda was amazing and very knowledgeable about her food.. She is a credit to this establishment.. The food was really good and the service was outstanding.. If I could rate this establishment through more than five stars I totally would . If you're ever in this area stop at this location and hopefully you get Miranda as your waitress.. I also found this place really affirming and accepting to a transgender client me..

A long hair was served in my food. Chips were crumbs. Bad service. Overall, a very bad experience. They should be stepping up their standards during this pandemic, but were instead a very disappointing night out. Sad...I used to frequent here regularly years ago, but will not return.

This place used to be good but has gone downhill. Today... got nachos.. they were terrible. The cheese wasnt melted, there was barely any beans or jalapenos on it or even chicken...which we paid extra for. And 90%of it had broken chips. It was so bad that for the first time in my life... I pushed the plate of nachos away. My husband got the maui maui fajitas & it had No peppers with it. The dining experience in general was not that great either. For $65.. it was definitely not worth the money. Sad bc I used to love going there.

One of the best restaurants in Pittsburgh for families that doesn't sell Smiley cookies. Good service, and a fantastic kids menu which includes a snack and dessert with each meal.Adults - get a margarita a burrito. Great selection of beers too. Can't recommend it enough!

It's okay.The chips were really good but the salsa was way too chunky for me. Service was fine - they happily redid my salmon that came with my salad as it was dry & inedible. However the sauce that came with the salmon salad was the highlight of the meal.

I met some friends for dinner and drinks while visiting Pittsburgh and had a fantastic time at Mad Mex. The service was fantastic, the vibes of the place is fun and the food was delicious. We did have to wait for about 45 mins to be seated, but good things are worth waiting for. Just grab a drink at the bar and chill!

It's decent mexican food. First time there in the last few yrs I had a burrito, standard mexican fast foodish place. Service was good. No complaints. On a second visit, not as good. I was with a family gathering and just remember the food seemed better tasting at the prior visit. But it could have been just the entree choice as well. Not bad. Fun lively place though robinson locale def. More lively. Standard good place to grab s meal with fam or friends who like normal mexican americanized food

Disappointed with drinks 😢We ordered drinks and of course mine turns out WRONG! I ordered a black cherry margarita and got a sour cherry one instead.Waiter took it back to have simple syrup added to it and it returned as Kool aid that a 5 year old made (super sweet). Waiter came back and asked how it was now and I said I was just done with the whole thing. Bummed and wishing that my friends b-day had turned out better.

Fun place with creative twists on burritos, tacos, and enchiladas. Not traditional Tex Mex at all! On this visit, close to St. Patrick day, they had corned beef and cabbage in a burrito. While a bit dark and loud, we saw lots of families with kids. Food was decent but charging for the chips and salsa seemed excessive.

Yesterday, we ordered two tofu wraps, which we typically order and enjoy. However, this order we both fell sick after eating the wraps. Will not eat there again.

Good place to get some Mexican food. The server was really friendly and helpful. I had the nacho mamma's taco platter, which turned out pretty good.

I decided to give this place a second chance after my first bad experience and I shouldn’t have. Steak tacos weren’t cooked to my preference after sending them back a second time and I didn’t even get the choice of side I ordered. The cornbread was doughy. My first drink came out good and then the second drink tasted so sour, it was undrinkable. Salsa and chips were ok. Will not be returning.
